Chili Lesson from Ted Stoner of Qdoba

Yelp is awesome. Yesterday evening my friend Shimi and I (and a number of other Yelpers+friends) got to enjoy a cooking/chili lesson at the Downtown Seattle Qdoba. All the samples were delicious and we all learned a lot. I was very satisfied and VERY surprised by how good of an evening that turned out to be!

Here are pictures of some samples and things:

Chef Ted Stoner (and other Qdoba staff)

The naked burrito (am I right?) was delicious and very flavorful. The pork buried in there tasted great, too.

Mmm… peach.

A salsa made with… I believe… fresh cherries!

We walked down to the “park” afterward.

Another wonderful day in Seattle!

Now if only I could just find our new house already…
